Rick & Alexis Castle's father-daughter relationship is definitely one of the best in TV right now. I hope they don't mess up Alexis' character, though. She's fine the way she is, goody-two-shoes and all.

I loved the video. I really like her character as well.
Some of you might think I'm crazy for this. But I think an excellent season 2 finale would be if Castle delved too far into a messy case and Alexis got kidnapped. Then have Beckett and Castle work together to try and get her back. Just a really crazy high suspense finale type thing.

I also thought about Alexis getting kidnapped, but that was in conjunction with Castle's comment about beefing up security. I doubt they'd do it though because that's one traumatic experience you don't just 'get over' and Alexis is such a nice, carefree young kid… wouldn't want to spoil that with something so horrible. Maybe threats, but no actual kidnapping?

she's a stunning girl, I adore that hair colour. I'll watch it agaiin tomorrow when I'm back at work, my home computer is too crap to bother. Next thing on my list, new computer with BIG screen
