Kind of. NCIS stands for Naval Criminal Investigative Service. They deal exclusively with Navy, Army, and Military crimes around the Washington DC area and sometimes around the country. Like Castle though they deal with the death aspect with some humor not quite as much as Castle but definitely more that any of the CSIs.

Thanks for the info Lilmac! I should check it out since I'm not doing anything productive anyway. I just started watching "The Closer" online and have gotten hooked, I'm almost caught up so it will be fun to find something else to watch :P

Well that explains why both shows are greatness! Did you happen to see that set as well? How many shows are filmed in one studio/space/area? How does that work… do they share space, or is it just filmed in the same building? I'm curious, can you tell?
