Yeah I had to look twice too since it's so small..but it is without doubt Stana. The eyes and shape of her face or unmistakeable. Not to mention she's so beautiful. And yes, it looks like a pool cue in her hand.
Wonder if it's the Heat Wave 'movie' or something like that that will be mentioned in upcoming ep. Or what. arrgg I wish they'd give us more info on what it's for – torturing us. lol

Hummm, good call on the undercover work! I like that idea, and if it is, Castle thought that the sexual dominiation case was bad….
I wish this promo was out already! arggggg.

Alot of promo shots/vids are done not for any specific episodes but just to to promote an upcoming episodes or event they think is major. So they shoot promos. I've seen these promos done by SVU alot. They are like promo picturers that we get when season starts.
So when you see promos don't take it literally that this is what's going to happen.
I also think it's because the show haven't really done anything sexy in their promos, maybe they decided to go in this direction for once.

ohh yeah, undercover would be AWESOME!! That is something I think they definitely need to do on Castle. Could also be a fun way for them to 'explore' the Caskett relationship without really doing anything since they were 'undercover'. hehe

Well, they did go undercover in the last episode.
It's not a full blown up but it was an undercover one. Also in the first episode of this season, Castle went undercover.

Could be, the post-Oscar promo contained Beckett in both the blue dress from When the Bough Breaks, and the red dress from The Third Man, making it look like she runs around all dressed up all the time

If you guys watch Bones, both David and Emily do all these promos, they are hot and sexy, but they have nothing to do with what is going on the show.
It's a way to pump the show up. To get more viewers to tune it.
