I know I was shocked too. I saw the preview for the show and I ahd to go online to make suyre it was Sasha Alexander. I recognized her vocie but I was so surprised cuz I knew why she left BCIS was becasue of the long hours. But then now that she is married and has a child, then she's finally settled and is fine working the long hours.
