Ok, now, isn't that a little strange? All the talk of comparing it to Bones and how the show waited too long to develop the romantic connection and it became a brother/sister feel…and now Nathan's presenting with her? I know the stars don't have full control over who they present with, but a strong "no" from someone at the show might have carried some weight. Unless it's just a tongue in cheek thing because the shows have/had sexual tension issues. Why not Nathan and Stana? I'm thrilled for Nathan, and it makes watching the Emmys, which I always do, even more exciting — and only a few hours away![Image Can Not Be Found]

OK, I'm probably pass it (too much time difference, when the show is going to be finished I have to be in work), but I would greatly appreciate if someone would be so helpful to make a video of Nathan's presenting and naturally if Stana will appear on the red carpet too. I was thinking this would be a great comedic pairing if they make jokes about URST between Nathan and Emily and will they or won't they by the end of the show. I think that is why they were teamed up. Whether or not you care for Bones, it's been a hit show for how many years? It won't hurt Nathan (or Castle)to be partnered briefly. I just hope they give him some great lines, or he'll be able to come up with something himself.

I don't think it's a bad thing to have Nathan presenting with Emily. It's good publicity for him and for the show, and I agree with curie24 – so much can be said and written for them about excellent writing, URST, the character-driven police procedural, etc. I'm really looking forward to seeing his appearance.

And it would have been so excellent to have Nathan presenting with Stana, but it's understandable how she wasn't invited to present with him. As we all know, she already presented at the Creative Arts Emmys, and, I hate to say it, but Stana still is not as big of a name on TV as Nathan. Nathan has had a main part on Firefly and Drive, where Stana has had guest starring roles until now. Prior to Castle, her longest recurring role on TV had been her 4 episode stint on 24. I'll bet she and Nathan get to present together next year or in the future as the show runs longer for the same reason as David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson got to present together.
