Don't know where this should go, but some brilliant soul put this up on Youtube:

Great video.  Thanks for posting this.  I had wondered if anyone would put together a list or video clips.

Course, it's not accurate (neither in this sequence or in the actual show).

The counting depends on the last one — the "Cops and Robbers" show — but at no point in that show does Beckett save Castle.  All she does is take the handcuffs off him.  She doesn't stop the robbers or the explosion or anything. That's hardly saving his life.

I see your point, but one could argue that without Beckett acting as the "bedroom voice" negotiator Castle would not have made it out.

In retrospect, I don't think the bank robbers ever intended to kill anybody. But they wanted everyone to think that they would. They were relying on the intimidation and threats only. Why else would they have herded the hostages into the safe, except to protect them from their explosives?

True, but one could also say that in a situation like this anything is free to not go as the plan outlines. Things have a way of getting out of control fast and without Beckett talking to the robbers, Castle or any of the hostages could have overstepped and pushed one of the robbers into something they hadn't planned for. So, having that voice on the line may have made a bigger difference than we know.

I'm with He-Touches-Things on this one. The negotiation thing was just a bluff, Trapper John just waving his gun around.  But then again, the first time Beckett is supposed to have saved his life is also a bit vague. "The safety was on the whole time," to quote Castle, and Castle crunches the guy.
