We all know Beckett is a brilliant flirt and has something of a wild past that she has only hinted at, further stoking Castle's imagination. My favorite moment is the one that got me hooked on the show in the first place: at the end of the pilot when Castle invites Beckett out to dinner, she refuses, and they have the following exchange:
Castle: It's too bad. It would have been great.
Beckett: (whispers in Castle's ear) You've no idea.

The shooting range: we could always just cuddle was pretty good too.
Imagine if they collected all her flirty looks.

There were two times when she told him something and the end of the sentences were "books" (one in Fool Me Once and one in Vampire Weekend). I don't know what made those words so damn sexy to me (beside how she looked at him only inches from his face, in her sparring dress and the towel around her neck 
), probably how she left her lips partly open at the end, but no surprise that Castle became speechless.

I've always thought if Stana's acting career didn't work out (perish the thought, THAT will NEVER happen) she could teach classes on how to flirt. Or at least Beckett could. She's so good at it, it makes you wonder just how wild her "wild child" phase was.

The shooting range scene is still on my top 5 favourite Castle/Beckett scenes, I just love it to death and laugh every time I watch it (which is A LOT!)
I wish I could flirt half as well as Beckett does, she makes it look so easy and she is so witty with her come backs that even I would be hot and bothered (and I am a straight female), she is just that good!
But I also love the scene when Beckett says "So Castle…can I buy you a drink?" very seductive
Also her "Ohhhh Castle" when she is calling him because they are going to go investigate something (forget what/where though)
But probably best of all time was already mentioned, the famous "You have know idea" in 1.01, if it wasn't for her saying this I bet Castle would never have come back to shadow her, but those 4 words made him so intrigued and thus the chase began.

Ah yes! Her line from The Mistress Always Spanks Twice was awesome, as her walking away and Castle's biting his hand afterward.
