What has been the funniest or most fun thing (i.e., bloopers, pranks, mishaps, etc.) that has happened on set?

1x9 Castle – "Well, you are a mysterious woman, Detective Beckett" Beckett – "Maybe there's a little more Nikki Heat in me than you think" 3x22 Castle - "You know what I thought when I first met you?" Beckett - "Hmm" Castle - "That you were a mystery I was never going to solve"

Scared of Castle fans? Are you serious? What do you know that I don't know? We seem the most civilized group of fans. Given the warmth of TV critics towards Castle, the most stoic. Although I wouldn't want to write a critical piece on Castle online with an open page for comments, that's the only thing where I would agree we may be perceived differently. And I took some heat for pointing that out, so go figure. But 'scary'? I could compromise at 'slightly passionate with wind-chill factor of deranged', but not 'scary'.

I wonder what parts of the recurrent scene moments are the funniest and, on the contrary, which ones are the most tedious or difficult. I get the feeling that it is exactly the reverse of what we see on TV: That is, the more humdrum, tedious, dramatic moments may be the funniest, and vice versa, or not.

You've missed some of the scary Castle fans that have been here in the past. Feel lucky. lol.

I'm most curious as to whether or not any of the cast had ever seen previous work of one of their cast mates and what they thought?  Or had any of them ever met prior to working on Castle?

I'm curious about why Stana doesn't follow anyone on Twitter. But maybe that's an uncomfortable question.

People asked during the Paley Fest panel who was most like their character. The unanimous answer was Nathan. Now, what I'd like to know is, personality-wise, who is the least like their character and how?

Obviously Stana is very much unlike Beckett. Or at least that's what she says. But again, what was that thing about scary Castle fans? This is such a mellow bunch. And it's such a light-hearted show. I refuse to believe it. Proof.

I thought that question was also answered at the Paley event (ie. Susan Sullivan/Martha Rodgers)?

Actually, the impression I've gotten from Stana's previous comments is that she's not that different from Beckett, except Stana lets her wild side out more than Beckett does.

Really? I must have missed that part… I remember Molly saying that Susan is "classier" than Martha, but other than that, I don't remember much of what was said.
