I know the title of the song is “Pack Up Your Troubles in an Old Kit Bag”  but I only know about the original by Spike Jones.  Who does this re-make?

I don't think Spike Jones was the “original” person to do it, as it was a World War I army song written in 1915…

The folks over at http://z8.invisionfree.com/Cas…..wtopic=107 are doing a good job of keeping up with the music list, and according to them, it's sung by Minnutes.
