I'm stumped on that one too. I can sort of make out this:

"you can tell me the story when you met me… convinced me that I'm helpless… we run in circles…"

That could be wrong, and it's not all of it. *shrug*

The song is called "No Escape" by Civalias–the song's writer and singer is Adam Stidham.  This was the song that was playing at the very end of the episode.  The person who posted after you did get some of the words right.  You might want to search online to hear the whole song since they only played a small part of it.

Awwww, thank you so much for the song name. I totally spent over an hour trying to figure it out on google and i didnt catch all the words on the episode. I signed up on ABC's Castle message board but this place is amazing! Thanks for the title, just got it on ITunes now and my day is made!
