Has anyone heard any whistling tune from Castle? I think they play it in the credits and sometimes in the middle of the show. I can't describe the whistling very much, but the rhythm repeats itself.

Do you know what I'm talking about? :p

I've definitely heard it! ABC has the scene at the firing range online. Listen for it there when Beckett challenges Rick to the shooting match. It starts with a funky drumbeat followed by the whistlin' … LOVE IT!! DOO doo doo DOO!

Yes I would LOVE the whistle tune! Anybody know where I can download it? Any chance ABC will release a soundtrack? A good one would also be the Pnananananan punnananan NA! that Castle made up while pretending to be a detective :-D

I'd love to see ABC release the soundtrack to the show and include the theme, along with some of the big hits featured in the show. As for the ringtone, I think someone else posted a link on this board somewhere. I agree it would make an awesome addition to any phone.

I have the whistle tune as my ringtone for texts! I love it! I have free internet on my phone so I went to http://www.funformobile.com and downloaded through my phone. But you can also type it into your browser to download too. I've never used it that way, but I would assume you have to sign up and they would send it to your phone? I just had a look and there's a 'shut the front door' one there, along with a few Morganstern quotes from The Spirit. Just search 'Castle'!

Do you mean when you click on the file on your computer it just plays with the little gray quicktime dealio?  Because sometimes (at least in Safari, as far as I know) you can right click (ctrl+click on a Mac) on the link to the file and choose "save linked file as" to download.  Or sometimes, on other websites when you "send something to your phone," what happens is the site sends you a text message with a link to download.  If you don't have internet on your phone, you can just type in the url and download to your computer from there.

it's the one called "Castle End". The wistle is repeated 2 times but there's not the electric guitar part.
