He would make such a great host! Not to mention the fact that sometimes (for one sketch) they bring in co-stars from the host's current TV show…. Just saying.

Being the host of SNL would be right up his alley. If they used him right could be one of their top shows especially if they use him right. I think it would be great.

Nathan would be hilarious on SNL… with him on it, it would actually be funny; SNL's quality has dropped sharply over recent years… while some bits are good, the hits are often too easily buried in a ton of misses. Of course there would most likely be the Castle and Firefly parodies, as well as a possible skit dealing with Dr. Horrible.

OMG, I was just thinking the other day of how awesome an SNL host Nathan would be!  So great he made the aforementioned list!  To build a groundswell of support for Betty White hosting SNL, someone created a facebook group.  Before I knew it, there were like 100,000 people as members and SNL reached out to her and she agreed to do it.  I don't know if the air date has been scheduled yet though.  Nathan's got over 500,000 people following him on twitter, so this method would be totally doable!Bounce2 Don't know if any of the folks at SNL would pay attention or care, but it wouldn't hurt to try…

SNL DID pay attention to it… Betty White's appearance will be sometime in May IIRC, but she is not hosting alone; several former SNL cast members like Tina Fey will be co-hosting with Betty that NBC is billing as "Women of Comedy".

If something like what was done with Betty was done with Nathan, that would be very cool; I'd join in for sure.

I would definitely join! I'd love to see Nathan on SNL! And if Stana does any kind of cameo appearance … I might just go into cardiac arrest!

There are now over 500,000 in the Betty White Facebook group. And it's scheduled to air May 8th.
