I hate to bust on a good thing, I recieved my graphic novel today and I'm a little disappointed. For it being 112 pages I thought it would be thick like the heat rises novel. I just think it's really thin, so thin that I thought they sent me the wrong thing at first. I thought it would keep me busy for awhile but I think I could read it within two days. I don't regret buying it cause Another item for my castle collection. Hope they continue the series. Hope I didn't upset fans but this is JMO

Graphic novels aren't meant to be long like real novels. I'm really looking forward to future ones, I'd love to see them more than once a year but I don't know if that'll happen.

I am an "oldster" and am not quite sure what a "graphic novel" is.  However, it is my understanding that if you think of them as comic books on steroids that would be a decent description.  In other words, they are NOT to be confused with novels which are more in-depth works of fiction, but they are longer with a more in-depth story than a regular comic book.  Others can weigh in here, but that is my understanding.

I got mine, and yes it is. A hardbound, high-class comic book. (btw, I liked it)

I just wish it had been longer. Hope they release more in future.
