I agree!  This is going to be the longest summer ever!!

I was aggravated with Castle at first after that scene in her apartment, but after I watched it again, I thought it was brilliant.  You could see the frustration on his face.  He wanted to stay and talk to her, but he was so defeated and he respected her enough to just walk away.  UGH

I can't wait to see how this plays out.  But I swear if they do the "they get together, they break up, they get together" thing, I'm going to lose my mind.

I loved that scene in Beckett's apartment, though seeing her being so emotionally closed off to him was hard to watch.  I loved how he wouldn't back down and told her what he had obviously being wanting to say for sometime despite the fact that he knew it could cost him their partnership.  That shows how strong their relationship has become this past season.  He never would have said such things to her last year. 

The question for me is not so much will Beckett live because we know Stana will be back, but how his admittance of love will impact their relationship, how the shooting will impact everything, how his telling her she is afraid will impact everything.  The ball is now in Beckett's court.  Castle made himself as vulnerable as he possibly could and called her out on a number of counts, so it's her turn.  Though based on what we've heard from Marlowe so far, I think she'll run to the safety of DMB while she tries to process the fact that Castle loves her.
