At Admin's suggestion, I moved this to a separate topic. This was from the 1/12 episode of Big Bang:
I dont know where to put this so i am putting it here.
Nathan was referenced in the bang bang theory tonite in a very good way by our famous sheldon Cooper!!! Awesome!!!
I know! That was fantastic! Maybe someone recorded the clip and it can be found somewhere, but the line was "If we poison the critical thinking faculties of children by telling them that rabbits come out of hats, then we create adults who believe in astrology, and homeopathy, and that Ryan Reynolds was a better choice for Green Lantern than lovable rogue Nathan Fillion"

Yes, I saw that, it was hilarious! 
I found this gif on tumblr, illustrating that, and Shelley's deadpan expression is priceless. I thought it was very sweet. They've already made a couple of Firefly shout-outs in the earlier seasons, but it's the first time they mention Nathan. Maybe one day they invite him for a short cameo appearance, like they did with Summer Glau and Wil Wheaton? That would be nice…
I just don't know what Ryan Reynolds will think about that. Considering that they worked together in Two Gyus and a Girl, they are probably good pals so hopefully he won't hold a grudge for Dr. Cooper and the lovale rouge in question:

Awesome. For some reason I have never gotten into that show. I should love it, but have never watched a full episode. I have little kids, and never let myself get too involved with TV shows I know I am going to miss a lot. Of course eventually a joined the modern era and got a DVR, but it is always full of kid stuff

Big Bang Theory grew on me. My husband has always watched it, but I'd only catch it in passing. It's only been the past 6 months or so that I've enjoyed it as much as he does. It's very easy to just jump into. What a treat to catch the Nathan mention last night.

They have mentioned firefly a lot of times before. One of the reasons could be because Will Wheadon comes v often in the show. One of the refernces was how angry sheldon is because fox (It was aired there right?) cancelled firefly. But i dont rem which season and which ep it was.
I love BBT and it is my fav show. Yes, more fav than castle also.

First people choice awards and now actual reference in BBT!!! Nathan's on a roll!!! Thanx DMCW for posting it!! When I saw the ep yest and the reference, I almost choked on my food. He he!!
And I do agree that he should come in BBT. It would be a hoot. And my other wish list is NPH. Either nathan guest star in HIMYM or NPH comes in Castle. One of the two MUST happen!!!
