Thank you gratie!  That was a very interesting interview and a nice read.  I really enjoyed that movie, so it was great to get Nathan's perspective on things related to the film.  I liked his discussion about why he chooses certain roles, and it was sweet that he gave so much credit to fellow cast and crew.  I read things like this and I really understand his strong desire for Castle's longevity.  He enjoyes the cast and crew, he likes his character, and he gets to develop a piece over time.

I haven't seen that movie yet though I have the DVD, go figure  but I intend to watch it with those comments in mind, don't know when though, spare time is in short supply . I like it very much that he acknowledges that it is a group effort, still does in fact. I think that he pinches himself sometimes ….finally being in a succesful series, I think that at times it must feel unrealistic compared to his prior experiences … and wanting to hold onto that…I can understand completely.  I hope he'll get more than one friend out of working on Castle though.
