Hard to say exactly when that pic was taken, but it looks like it was early on. He was on the show Jan94-Jan97, so he was 22-25 while he was there. I'm with Deb- he's most likely 22 or 23 in that pic.

I'll try to fill in some details since you don't get to see the whole show.
Joey and Kelly are attending the 2nd wedding of Todd and Blair (though they sit on opposite sides- she's the bride's cousin and he's the groom's nephew), but I just left in the ending bit of that. I also left in the bit with the kiddies because the flower girl is a 6-year-old Hayden Panettiere, who happens to be on the cover of USA Weekend with Nathan this weekend. Wow, huh?

Then Joey and Kelly go to the Election Day party at the country club because his new step-grandmother is running for mayor.

Hehe, yeah that's the one I was talking about. It's such an 'I'm too sexy' look, lol.
