As for Kate and Will, of course they don't have a future, and the fun part is that we all get to be frustrated because we can see that while they can't. It's like Stana said in that “5 questions” interview, she would date a Richard Castle, but Beckett doesn't see all the fascets of the character that we do. We can tell that Kate and Will aren't meant to be, but it might take them time to figure it out for themselves

I loved that interview, ever noticed how much Nathan talks with his hands? And Stana's comment about Nikki Heat having a totally fantastiac body – I can't see she's got much to complain about. I think Castle is become far more dimensional the more we get to know him.

I was looking at the summary for future esisodes on my DVR and it says that Castle is going to be contemplating a job offer from Debbie Mazar's character and that the murder might be their last one together.  Obviously, Castle and Beckett have to work together again but it will be interesting to note what the job offer will be. 

ooh. I wonder if Beckett would ask Castle to stay?…or something like that.

or maybe he told her that it might b their last case…hmmmm….
