Question: I need some major Castle spoilers! —Clarissa
Ausiello: The Jan. 11 episode, the first one after the holiday break, features what a Castle insider calls “a hot make-out scene” between Nathan Fillion and very special guest star Alyssa Milano. “And Beckett,” my spy adds, “is not too happy.” The following week, look for a truly shocking twist involving the murder of Beckett’s mom.

first of all, i'm shocked they actually had a spoiler for castle. ausiello seems to ignore them every week. second of all, i cannot wait to see kate all jealous!

Looking forward to the new episodes in January!
Since Castle was picked up to have the back 9, it seems like the writing team, not only wanted to continue making great shows but also give the fans some big answers like Beckett's mother's case. They must be thinking, since we are not ready for the hook-up or kiss, then lets give them more back story. Either way we win! 
I so want to see Beckett jealous, so she starts letting Castle know that she likes him. Castle will start making bad choices if he thinks that Beckett only wants to be friends. Guys do move on if they get rejected too long or think it is not going anywhere.

I can't wait to see a jealous Beckett, but as a viewer I don't want to just see it, I want Castle to see her jealous.

I saw in an interview with SK were she said as a character it would be hard to deal with Castle and other women, but as an actress she was dying to play that dynamic. I just hope they haven't written it as a 'bitchy' jealousy, because sometimes Beckett can be a little hard on Castle.
Looking forward to seeing it play out.

I think it is important that Castle knows that she likes him and being a little b*tchy is what he needs. Castle needs her to be a little hard on him otherwise he gets confused on her intentions. 
Castle flirts with all women he knows so what Beckett and him are doing on the case is just normal to him, what Castle needs to know is that Beckett is ready for the next level.

exactly. i don't think he's stupid, but he is quite oblivious to kate's intentions…mostly because she does try to hide them from him. i think she does need to be a bit bitchy to get the point across.

To be fair, he does hide his true intentions all the time too. He hides it with childish jokes and sexual innuendo.
