I have not read, watched video or looked at any pictures that are even remotely spoilerish for the upcoming final 3 episodes… with that caveat I make the following predictions.
(1) Do Castle and Beckett kiss? NO
(2) Does Beckett call Castle Rick? NO
(3) Does Castle call Beckett Kate again? YES
(4) Does Beckett admit her feelings about Castle to a friend/family member? YES
(got to – otherwise where's the drama)
(5) Does Castle admit his feelings about Beckett to a friend/family member? YES
(Alexis is the best possibility – I do not think it will be to Ryan and Esposito – to serious for the "3 stooges")
(6) Does Beckett admit her feelings about Castle to him? AINT NO STINKING WAY
(7) Does Castle admit his feelings about Kate to her? YES
- I have a feeling this conversation will be one sided – him talking, her listening – she might give us some of her famous expressions – rather than dialog
(8) Does Kate stay with Demming? Most Definitely Maybe
(9) Does Castle stay with someone else? NO 
Castle is going to be one sad puppy – he will retreat to home with Alexis and maybe Martha
(10) Do Castle and Beckett hug? NO can't see it happening
(11) Does Beckett cry? MAYBE
I do not see her as a cryer – except when she is dealing with a victims pain – OR when she is dealing with her mom's death. I don't think she cried when she was almost blown up! At this point in her life I do not believe she has the emotions for herself. I think that this is an area where Castle can help her grow as a person (so much for the Yes/No answer)
(12) Does Beckett sleep with Demming? NO
- unlike lots of posts, I believe that sleeping with a guy at this point in her life is a part of the infamous "One and Done"

No, wasn't enough time this year to get them together. A side note to the "There Is No Curse" products and campaign – first we get Castle and Beckett together (s3), then get Lanie and Esposito together (s4), Martha and Chet (or someone else) is next (s5), then Ryan and Jenny (how do we get her into the precinct?) (s6). Sprinkled through these next four seasons is Alexis dating several boys and driving Castle crazy and Beckett and Alexis bonding and tormenting Castle. Then we see what we can stir up for seasons 7 & 8

Yes and No!! we the audiance knows the important answers to the important questions, but Rick and Kate do not. I predict that in the last two minutes of s3e1 that they will – but it will be a tough road getting there.

LOL–thanks jrabbit…I was thinking of this thread this week and laughing…so many things I predicted would happen and of course…they didn't! Which means—-there's still a heck of a lot to look forward to!
But it was amazing that the finale felt emotionally satisfying (except for the very end, of course) to me despite all of the things I hoped (and kinda expected) would happen—not happening. Aside from the Gina issue, the only other really disappointing element for me was the handshake. Oh, if Gina had just let go of his arm!
