OfflineWow. Stana's been in alot of interviews lately. Yay!
Stana: [laughs] Yea, he walks off with the ex. So not right! As Kate, I was a little bit like “what the hell?!?”
This cracked me up pretty good, because in a sense we all reacted like that.
Here's to the writers going into Kate's personal life in season 3!
Thanks for posting this musiclover!

OfflineStana: I would love to see her personal life outside the realm of solving a crime. So instead of saying “I’m dating so and so,” I’d love to see those very personal, interactive, private moments on screen. I think there’s something exciting about a strong professional woman juggling the person she needs to be in the work world and who she is behind the scenes.
As long as the "dating" involves Castle, and not another love interest, I agree.

OfflineThanks for posting. I like that Stana looks for great writing in a script, which is one thing I look for in movies and TV, and one reason I love Castle. Great that she's getting such good press lately. Yippee!

I'm glad she is doing this as well. And on top of all of this she is going to host her chat room session this Friday… I guess I can forgive her now for not doing the "Ask Castle" interview sessions.
And then there is this quote from Stana:
"But I’m a high stakes kind of girl. I like something big and bombastic and treacherous"
… After I read this I went

I agree too. I don't think my nerves could take anything else.
Great interview. Thanks for posting.

OfflineThanks for sharing! Hmm… I wonder if the writers are listening. She seems to be doing a round of interviews telling people that she wants to see more of Beckett's personal life play out on screen. I guess it would only be fair for them to show more of that aspect of her character, given that we do get to see Castle at home with his family and other people as well. As long as it's not another boyfriend, I think this would a good idea. Although, introducing a gay guy friend might be a bit cliched. I'd settle to see her and Lanie actually hanging out away from the precinct or the morgue. Seriously, most of their conversations, even those personal in nature, have been over a dead body. Anyone else notice that?
Another great interview. Again, thanks for posting.

love that!
I loved that line too. Very poetic of her to describe it that way.

This one made me laugh to, she essentially echoed all the sentiments we fans had when we watched the season finale…
I would love to see more of Beckett's personal life outside of work. The idea of having a gay guy friend sounds interesting…

thumper, d'you need any smelling salts?
LOL… All I could think of when I woke up was that going out on the town with Stana would be an interesting experience. Where did I get the idea that she was shy and quiet when I first started following her?
