At the end of the Buzz Hunters interview, Nathan asks Stana if Beckett is hot, and Stana replies, "I would say perhaps people would think she's stunning, but…." and Nathan admits, "That's what I put on the internet", while Stana nods. So, if this is true, where on the internet did Nathan post this "stunning" description?

It's probably not true. Nathan is quite the kidder.

I always thought he said “That's what I'd put on the internet”. Meaning if he were her (Stana), he would describe her (Kate Beckett) that way.

Really you guys? I think Stana was totally calling him out on it when she said “some people”, so Nathan just conceded. I've never heard Stana comment on her appearance before. In all the interviews I've seen & read, she's been consistently graceful when people talk about her good looks.

I think on occasion he's mentioned during interviews that Castle is paired up with this gorgeous, stunning etc. detective.
I think Stana and Nathan do get along fabulously –on and off screen. I read an interview with Nathan where he said he and Stana spent the day together (in NYC) after she got cast, just to see if they gelled. They did. It seemed they had a grand time and ended up wandering into a Duran Duran concert that was happening in Central Park that day.
I don't think there's any doubt they have Chemistry. If anything they've got it in spades.

Nalissa2….I read that same interview and thought it was kind of cute that they actually went and hung out in NYC, went to dinner at his favorite restaurant (some place he used to frequent when he was on the soap opera and lived in NY), and then they went and walked around and happened to come accross a Duran Duran concert in Central Park. Ended up back stage…funny!! So I looked up Duran Duran's concert dates to see when this actually occurred and Duran Duran was in Central Park, NY in May of 2008. So I'm thinking that's when they actually shot the pilot for the show. Because in that same interview Nathan said they did this the day before they actually began to shoot. And yes they have chemistry in spades. He has said in many interviews how gorgeous or stunning Stana is.

Do you guys know where that interview is? I'd love to read it, it sounds like fun 
I guess that sort of answers the question of whether they're friends or not. Glad to hear they get along so well.

Alright…maybe "some people" is Martha. Martha calls Detective Beckett "stunning" when she arrives at the Castle household in the dress he sent for their "undercover operation." Re-runs uncover all kinds of good stuff in retrospect.

"Home" is my favorite Castle episode. I covered three viewings of it by the Tuesday night after the original airing lol. But Scientist you do make an interesting point. Martha did say Beckett was "stunning" when she arrived.
