It appears to be from earlier this year but I know someone had a post somewhere about her car and she talks about feeling strongly about driving a hybrid or something eco friendly. Thought I'd post it. If this has already been posted, please disregard.

Cool, I'll take a look at it soon. I guess she thought her beemer is eco-friendly. I'm sure it's fun to drive around with that awesome, sexy engine though. :) I want a beemer someday.

i'm like Stana- a Beemer owner.
guilty. haha they're great cars though. i'd love to have a Prius but they're not exactly cheap either. They're always hard to get in SoCal too since they are in such high demand.

I've got an A6 (audi.) I admit, I'm not exactly eco friendly when it comes to my car choices. I'm all for it, but everything I like seems to be well… not so eco friendly. Maybe one day Audi will make a hybrid.

Hopefully- the German companies seem to be going that route slowly. I've never had any experiences with an Audi though- always either a Benz or Beemer. I do want to test drive the S5, or the new S4. What gas mileage does your A6 have?

It isn't great. It gets about 18 stop/go and probably 23 highway. I suppose it could be worse, but just compared to things like a Prius, it seems like it is at the bare minimum of what is "acceptable". What Beemer are you driving?
My family had all Audis when I was growing up so I've just kind of continued that trend. We've had great luck with them. I love Mercedes too. Maybe some day.

I have the 3 series. I get slightly better gas mileage than yours but not that big of a difference really with a V6 engine
I do think Audi/BMW have surpassed Benz in terms of innovation though.
