I saw it last night and she was wonderful. Especially her singing…….

I bet when they did "vampire weekend" for Castle, I wonder if this movie bought back some memories for her.

It cracked me up when I saw her with fangs.

I was thinking of making an avatar with nathan fillion (from 'vampire weekend' with fake fangs on) and stana with her fangs (from the movie) and write "separated at birth".

How cool would that be………

I finally watched this last night. At the beginning, I was sitting there going, "WTF am I watching?" and to my surprise, it actually sucked me in. She was great in it. I will never get tierd of Stana's facial expressions. I am really rather surprised that she seems to have been a virtual "unknown" up until Castle. As far as actual talent goes, I think she has far more than many a-list actors. Hollywood is kind of an interesting place in that regard.

I felt the same way as you did at the beginning I almost turned it off until I got sucked in and then Stana came on and I stayed for the ending which made me cry. She was so good in this and I have not seen her in anything but Castle. I loved her as Simone and she can really sing. I heard she was a singer but until you actually hear her voice you just think well there are so many actresses who can sing and dance but her voice is alluring and so beautiful. I liked this show it was fun and I am not into vampires and that craze. I too thought of Vampire weekend on Castle and had wishes they would have refered to her somehow with a line from the movie or had her put on fangs while in the shop with Castle but of course she is the cop working but it would have been fun for fans. I ordered this on Amazon the movie is there for sale at a good price right now and much better quality then my dvr.

I've tried to watch this movie twice, but it's just so . . . well, I'll be diplomatic and say I just couldn't get sucked in.  What I saw of Stana was good, though, good performance, good singing.

Maybe I should try it a third time?

I'm watching the movie right now. I've seen parts that people have posted on youtube and am looking forward to seeing the whole thing now.

That was certainly entertaining. I laughed at a number of the one-liners, especially Stana's "Poof!" and the scene where Flynn thought she died, and she just exhales, sits up and says "Allo." Her facial expressions were great as was her accent. And the scene that someone else mentioned where she hisses at Flynn, then says "Just kidding!" was very funny. To whoever suggested the avatar of Stana and Nathan with their fangs, that is a great idea! Finally, I think her performance in the nightclub ranks right up there with some of most sultry and talented female singers out there. I can't wait to see if the folks on Castle get her to sing in an episode.

The plot was a bit far-fetched, but the mixture of comedy and adventure was enjoyable. I'd also forgotten that Jane Curtin and Bob Newhart were in the film. They certainly made it even more fun to watch.

To whoever suggested the avatar of Stana and Nathan with their fangs, that is a great idea!

I forgot it was on but I got in from digging my Jeep out from under 27 inches of snow just in time to see it. I love Noah Wyle too so I enjoyed it.

I have Librarian on iTunes but I still watched it on TV and I still have to say that Stana is the ONLY redeeming feature of this film, I have to fast forward to her parts because Noah Wyle really irritates me for some reason.

I know it's not a big line, but it always cracks me up the way she says "'fraid so" and then "oh now that is very hurtful" LOL

These movies are fun, but you have to check your brain at the door.
