They didn't have scenes together, but Stana and Radha Mitchell were in the same movie earlier – "Feast of love" [Image Can Not Be Found]
And it's so great that Stana is working again in such a short time with Polish Brothers, seems like she really became their MUSE! [Image Can Not Be Found]
… as long as the polish brothers don't take our beloved stana away from castle, i'm all for it.

Me too [Image Can Not Be Found] Seems like they really work great together. I wouldn't be worry about "Castle", but I hope for more episodes from Beckett's POV next season. Stana totally deserves it.

OfflineI wouldn't about the Polish Brothers committing "muse thievery" and stealing Stana away. She clearly is having a great time on Castle, gets along with everyone, enjoys her part, and the show is a success. What's not to love? I think the Polish Brothers movies are a different creative outlet for her. She can do more and stretch her talent in different ways than she could in a TV role.
Best of luck to her in the role.

OfflineDoes anyone know what these roles pay? I was curious because I saw Nathan listed on a top paid actor list, but Stana wasn't there at all (neither was really hardly any women). Why does the industry union allow men to earn so much more? And it can't be just because the show is called Castle… Bones pays David twice what Nathan makes and Emily is the headliner for that show and her earnings don't show up on the list either.

OfflineWhether you're a fan of Stana, someone else in the film, photography, Jack Kerouac, travel, or just the overall process of how a movie comes together … this blog is probably one of the best I've read.
Some of the most breathtaking images I have seen (on location, actual photos from the film, some include Stana), a week by week update of filming the movie, and just a host of other nuggets I found interesting. Check out the post on how they got to the cabin deep inside a canyon in Big Sur. Holy smokes.
Bummed to find out that I was a few days too late at some of these filming locations in SF. I was at City Lights Bookstore, Haight Street, Golden Gate Park, and have driven up Highway 1 many times heading to Big Sur and Monterey.

OfflineThanks, Jamz! Very interesting! How on earth did you find this??
So I guess they're done filming then? Liked how Michael Polish described the feel of the film re: the intimate personal relationships on the background of the immense landscape of Big Sur. Sounds like the cinematography should be "epic", as they said. [Image Can Not Be Found]

OfflineSorry to double post- but WOW! WOW! Those photos are unbelievable- the lighting and everything, really beautiful. And I hadn't read all the way through to hear about the "trek" to the cabin- sounds like an adventure.
I must say, even if Stana weren't in this, I would still really be wanting to see this movie. Northern CA is gorgeous and he was right about the restaurant off of Highway 1, Nepenthe. I've eaten there several times and the view is incredible, breathtaking really- something that should not be missed.
Plus, if you're a foodie- their Ambrosia Burger is delish! [Image Can Not Be Found]

I was doing a search for someone about film and lighting and stumbled on it. A couple tags on it caught my eye and I investigated it. Fantastic read.
Glad you enjoyed it.

OfflineHere's another blog and pictures from filming. Very cool they got to hang out with the cast and crew and have this kind of access during filming.
I have no idea why Stana on a trampoline makes me smile but it does.
