OfflineThanks for the link.
Yeah, I don't want to see Beckett's "intimate moments" with Josh, thank you very much. Don't want to see Castle's with Gina, either.
It's nice that Stana is so positive and upbeat about the idea, but when she says "everyone else" isn't, that's kind of depressing. And Nathan Fillion is wrong when he says people start changing the channel if two characters get together. Not only would all the angst and tension not disappear, but it is very possible to write interesting stories about a relationship developing. He's friends with Zach Levi isn't he? And Adam Baldwin too, obviously, so why doesn't he ask them how putting Chuck and Sarah together has worked for their show? Ratings are steady (if low, which they always were) and the show is better than it ever has been.

Yes, I wonder how much effect has Nathan's opinion to the scripts?
(Like Tom Selleck had on Blue Blood up to the level that they changed
the showrunner because ha didn't like the scripts what were written to
him.)
It's also very strange to me that why on forums (not only
here, similar discussion is on Hungarian forums as well) it is so
obvious to the viewers that if they stop hiding their true feelings from
each other it doesn't mean automaticly that they are belonging to each
other happily till the ethernity, it is seemingly something that can not
reach the perception level of Hollywood.
Chuck is really a good
example, as their stories with Sarah are at least as interesting and entertaining as
those were while they were the stereotype couple-apart, but now without the
frustration of the forced will-they-won't-they.
Very simply: people switch away from a couple only in case if there was nothing else interesting in them just being apart. Mediocre characters and annoying plotlines causes people to switch away, not seeing two happy people. (Not to mention, that being together with somebody doesn't mean constant happiness.) If the characters are good (and Castle's characters are not good, but excellent) and the storyline of the show was more than just "keeping them away as long as possible" it has way more potential in a couple than two single, independent people.

OfflineYeah okay, so I’m like the naive romantic on set,
because everyone else is like ‘noooo, it ruins it’, and I’m like ‘no it
doesn’t ruin it! You can be together and be really spicy and fun, like,
think Mr and Mrs Smith
PLUS her imitation of the girls going goo-goo-ga-ga over Victor…SOOO cute!
Oh Stana

Yes, I love that she always lives in her interviews, not just repeats sentences from PR materials. In some ways she is so Latin, speaks with her whole face, her hands and body. I've just seen the video what she picked as the Fan of the Week – it's a true love letter but she deserves it.

OfflineOne more thing what caught my attention. When this interview was made they were in the same place (as Nathan showed out of the picture when he told that he has a different POV), but again they didn't appear on one screen.
Since the press event in last April (when those pictures were made when she was sitting on his lap) I can not remember that any video interview or photoshoot was made when just the two of them are together. In the previous seasons there were both common videos and promo images.

OfflineVery cute interview and pretty good editing too. Although they were interviewd separately it came over as one cohesive feature even with the jumping back and forth between Stana and Nathan.
I would love to see Beckett on her Bike but I'm sure the insurance co for abc would insist on a double.

OfflineGreat interviews, thanks for sharing! Stana's the best!
I guess some reasons that Nathan and Stana are not interviewed together much anymore are that now Stana's more recognized than she was two years ago so she can do the interviews on her own, and by having them doing interviews separately they can cover twice the media (or use half the effort), and it requires less planning.

OfflineI liked the way they went back and forth between the 2 interviews as well. It really did flow nicely.
Stana continues to get more and more adorable, if that is possible! I'll say it again- ABC needs to get her back on Kimmel/Bonnie Hunt/pick your talk show. She is just soooo great during interviews and will definitely attract more viewers to the show with her charm and positivity.
