I don't think that it's stana who is operating the camera? if you look at the end of the video, where the camera pans down to the ground, you can see the person holding it is wearing… men's loafers? or maybe it's stana in disguise trying to go incognito lol…
maybe it's the woman wearing the red polka-dot dress? can't see the face… also doesn't seem to be stana's style.
If you pause as the camera pans round at the end, you can see that the woman wearing the polka dot dress has Stana's hair and I believe I see her birth mark on her arm. I am not usually this sad, but as you mentioned it thought it was worth trying and I think it is her…

I think it's her and it sure sounds like her. And all I can say is, if the guy with the long hair briefly at the end of the clip happens to be her brother…HELLO!!!! LET'S SEE MORE OF THE BROTHER!!!!!
