I think you covered pretty much all of mine! except for this one:
"That's the difference between a novel and the real world, Castle. A cop doesn't get to decide how the story ends."
I was able to get " 'ead cut off? As bad as sunlight. I go poof" up on IMDB. 
Oh, adible should be oedipus (as in oedipus rex -sophocles) , I know with the accent it doesn't really sound like it.

Yeah someone told me that haha…I never heard of it just went off how it sounded…which by the way the way it sounded was completely hilarious with that accent. Loved it she was amazing with it! I have tons more quotes just thought I would give others a chance to get some but there was a few that I just thought of lol

I got totally carried away. Best topic ever, too much fun going down the memory lane. One problem: some of Stana's best lines are without words!!! Or just "Ah-ah" or "No" or "He won't" between Castle's endless word-stream.
