There is the Beckett head wound in Boom.
When she and Castle are walking out of her blown up apartment there is no head wound. In the ambulance there is what looks like dried blooed from a nasty gash. When she jumps out of the ambulance to tell Shaw "my apartment, my case" you can see blood running down her head. When Montgomery comes up to tell her the fire is out and she can go in the wond is back to it was originally. When they visit Ben Conrad's apartment it is gone completely.

In A Deadly Affair when Castle and Beckett go to the club and Beckett enters the number "227" there are 4 distinct descending tones. If you push "XXY" on any touch pad there will be two same tones and one different tone. Add to that there were 4 tones for only 3 numbers.

The 4 tones were right. It wasn't "227" but "#227" or "227#"… not quite sure but there was some sort of non-number-sign in there ^^ But you're right with the 4 different tones…

Actually no. You see her type the "2" twice and there are two tones, then a random 3rd tone and we see her hit the "7" and the door opens. If she hit the "#" key then based on what we saw it would have been "22#7"

In this case since there were 3 victims the one with the writing on her hand is the first victim (or the second 
I don't remember either).

I had checked it before I posted my previous comment. The version I have came from iTunes, and I have a screen capture, if I can figure out how to link to it.
(Edit) It looks like we're both right. The picture I have is from when Castle is walking up to his front door, holding the tickets behind his back.

Probably something that was caught between the time it aired and the time it hit iTunes. Mine came from the airing when I recorded it.
LOL and I got a crash course in uploading photos when I did that one.

It looks like they caught it – And we are both right. When Rick shows the tickets to Kate, you are right, they are both 15. By the time he gets home, when he holds them behind his back as he unlocks his front door, they are 15 & 16.
