OfflineI follow this random thing on twitter (@Foreign_Words) and when I saw this word, my OCD brain immediately jumped to the scene on the couch from "To Live and Die in LA". Of course it's an ancient, unspoken language, but oh well.
"Mamihlapinatapai"- a look shared by two people, each wishing the other will offer something that they both desire, but are unwilling to do. [Yaghan language of Tierra del Fuego]

OfflineThank you for sharing this twitter account, I loved it.
Those words are really unusual, but nice to know.
"Mamihlapinatapai"- I didn't know that the people in "Tierra del Fuego" were Caskett shippers!
I say that, because "Mamihlapinatapai" seems like the person that invented it knew this would apply to that wonderful scene!
