Heat Wave Soars

After the exciting news of Castle’s back 9 pick up earlier today, sales of “Heat Wave” have continued to increase.  Barnes & Noble are now out of stock with Heat Wave having reached #1 on their Bestsellers list.

After dropping back to 9th position, “Heat Wave” is now rising up the charts and is currently at its highest point in 6th position.  Amazon still has “Heat Wave” in stock so get your copy before it sells out.

Last week “Heat Wave” dropped back slightly on the New York Times Bestseller list however a significant increase is expecting when the new figures are released late this week due to the high sales on Amazon and elsewhere for the week in question.

UPDATE:  Heat Wave is also #6 at Books-A-Million.  Currently the novel is on backorder at most online retailers and will take 2-6 weeks for delivery.

You can buy Heat Wave in most book stores or purchase online via the links below.

There is also an Audio Version of the book due to be released soon.

I wonder who will be reading the audio book? Could it be Mr.Castle himself?

So who actually wrote the book? I know they say its Richard Castle but thats all for show. All i know was that it was published by Hyperion…

The info on the audio book is here in the site somewhere. It is not Mr. Castle himself. But I can’t remember the name. And Kate, I think that the author is going to stay secret so that we can keep the illusion going. If you take a good look at the jacket design you’ll find the publisher in lock step with the show… it is a brilliant bit of fantasy. I for one, while am dying on the inside to know who it is, don’t want to spoil the illusion for anyone. The castle bunch on Twitter are doing a great job of keeping Nate seperate from Castle to add to the realism. Though I dare say everyone may be finding it difficult to make time to Tweet.

The name, Barnes & Noble, is singular, not plural. It should be “B & N is now out ..” , not “are now”.

And, “have continued to increase” would be better as “continue to increase”.

I just finished the audiobook and I’ll be posting my review tomorrow on my blog as part of Barrie Summy’s Book Review Club. I was so hoping Fillion would be the reader. Alas, it wasn’t. However, he did channel Fillion pretty well when the narrator read Rook’s lines. The puppy dog pleading that Fillion gets in his voice is alive and well.
