Last year Castle won the People’s Choice Awards for Crime Drama and Nathan Fillion won for Dramatic TV Actor. It’s time once again for the People’s Choice Awards and Castle has been listed in three categories.
- Favorite TV Crime Drama – Castle
- Favorite Dramatic TV Actor – Nathan Fillion
- Favorite Dramatic TV Actress – Stana Katic
You can also nominate Castle in other categories by entering their name in “other”, for example:
- Favorite Network TV Comedy – Castle
- Favorite Network TV Drama – Castle
- Favorite Comedic TV Actor – Nathan Fillion
- Favorite Comedic TV Actress – Stana Katic
- Favorite TV Fan Following – Castillions (Castle Fans) (Note: this name was coined in Season 2 for Castle fans and is a play on the word Bastillion which means fortress or fortified position – eg Castle)
Vote as often as you can! On November 8th each category will be reduced to 5 nominees and final voting will begin.

Currently you can’t enter an option in “other” without also voting for another entry, I’ve tweeted @peopleschoice and asked them to fix it, wouldn’t hurt if others tweeted too.

Only problem is, Stana and Nathan haven’t done a movie together, that poll was in the movies section

can we use cable ,they are being shown on cable where I live in the west!
My take: They are on TNT now, so techinically they are ON cable, but they aren’t a cable show. They originated on network television, unlike something like White Collar or Eureka or Burn Notice, which originated on cable. So I’m thinking if we write in Castle, we’ll be ignored.

isn’t that category for movies only? or it can be apply on tv show too… i am definitely put nathan and stana 1000 times on that because those list of actress and actor woudn’t beat the on-screen chemistry nathan & stana have… so far
Correct, that was a movie category which is why I didn’t include it.
I have been adding them in every catagory I can…and some I probably shouldn’t have (it was my mistake).

If Castle makes the top 5, that is when we really have to VOTE. Nathan and Stana deserve to win and we need to see to it that they do.
Definitely myself and all my family who is fans of the show will be voting. Castle still bringing a new take and revitalizing television! Despite the murders and graphicness associated with them, the chemistry Stana and Nathan bring to viewers is something that can really connect with. Episode 506 pushing the bar even more by bringing subtle comedy that so elequently combines multiple genres and throwbacks to the past.
Season 5 turning out to be the best. Hope those at ABC who said lets try for season two after slow start to ratings for season one got a big raise. Lets reward their taking the chance!
